Jessye Nichols started her business in August of 2013. Exactly one year from the day she signed her agreement, Jessye earned her first free company car, the lipstick red, Chevy Cruze! One month later, Jessye debuted as an Independent Sales Director!

 

Jessye has built her business by never quitting and always striving to be a woman of excellence. She has been a Star Consultant every quarter and has earned 8 gold medals. She has completed the National Queens Court of Sales 7 times and was ranked #12 in sales in the company for 2018. In 2019 Jessye was the Queen of Sharing for the Diamond Seminar. She has since appeared in the top 6 for team building two more times. Jessye’s highest commission check in one month was over $18,000!

Jessye has earned the use of 8 free company cars, 5 of them being the prestigious Pink Cadillac! Her Dynamic Dreamers Unit was ranked #1 in the entire state of Oregon for 2020 and in 2021. They were also recognized as the #10 team in the entire Diamond Seminar for 2021 and have been recognized for many years consecutively as one of the top teams in the company. She is the first director in the history of Oregon to lead her team to over $900,000 in sales in one year. She has earned 3 trips with destinations in Scotland and Spain.

 

Jessye lives in Salem, Oregon. She has a super supportive husband, Andy and they have a really cute Pug named Olive. Jessye believes in focusing on the work, rather than the results because, when you are working, the results will follow. She believes Mary Kay gives women the ability to dream again and is passionate about helping other women find and achieve that dream.
